When you submit the form, it sends your installation territory, chosen premises details, name, email, home or business context, priority and any notes to the team handling enquiries. The premises can be identified by a full postal address and postcode, or an existing geographic landline. Company and contact telephone are optional.
The team uses those details to research and respond to the request. Specific supplier checks or quotations may require sharing relevant premises information with an appropriate supplier; the team should explain the scope and obtain any additional permission needed. This form does not automatically transmit your information to all the networks listed on this site.
Enquiries are delivered to a private mailbox, not published as website records. A submission does not place an order, switch your service or sign you up to unrelated marketing.
The form uses an essential secure session cookie and an expiring security token. The server may process request information such as time and IP address for security, rate limiting, operation and delivery.
